asmr meditation 🌿 sinking into equanimity

The word "submerge" captivated me recently. In this video, I play with the metaphor of gradually descending and becoming submerged in a vast open space of coolness, a place of infinite tranquility and unconditional embrace. 1. 0:00 - 7:55: Intention and overview for the session 2. Gently bringing attention to the body, the posture, positioning 3. Allowing any noticeable physical tensing to soften 4. Returning to immediate experience (actual sensations) whenever attention wanders 5. Imagining attention sinking down and marinating in the body, like waves washing downwards again and again 6. Imagining the body is gradually submerged in a place of infinite tranquility / coolness 7. Every aspect, particle, cell, muscle being submerged in this space of unconditional embrace - starting from the toes all the way to the top of the head 8. Attuning to a feeling of being afloat, soaking in this stillness 9. Allowing the body to descend deeper and deeper into ease 10. Letting the body to gently drift, tilt, slowly, like being afloat 11.
