NRW angelt 2026: Zum dritten Mal begeistert das Landesangelwochenende!

North Rhine-Westphalia has gone fishing for the third time! 🎣 The statewide fishing weekend "NRW Angelt" (NRW Goes Fishing), which takes place every year on the Saturday and Sunday of the 24th calendar week, was once again a resounding success. At over 160 bodies of water throughout North Rhine-Westphalia, numerous angling clubs took the opportunity to introduce interested people to what is arguably the world's most beautiful hobby: fishing. This year, the central state event for the fishing associations of North Rhine-Westphalia was held at Lake Lippe in Paderborn. The host was the **Westphalian Angling Association (LWAF)**, which welcomed numerous guests from politics and society. Among them were the North Rhine-Westphalian Minister for Agriculture and Consumer Protection, Silke Gorißen, other representatives of state politics, and the Deputy Mayor of the City of Paderborn.
