After pressing the Call button, press and hold the OK button Press the down arrow until you find ASSYST PLUS and select OK Press the down arrow until you find FULL SERVICE, then select OK Press the down arrow until you find CONF FULL SERVICE and select OK Select Yes, then press "OK".
