https://www.adron.com/ Do 74 machines for wire EDM get your attention? Parts up to 10,000 lbs to parts that fit in your hand? ADRON EDM is the company for you. With more than 74 high-speed Mitsubishi wire EDM machines they can boast rapid delivery that can beat any schedule. Wire EDM is an ideal process for prototyping and production runs of 50 to 50,000 pieces because it requires no wait for expensive tooling to be built. ADRON EDM has the software to translate virtually every type of CAD file and can program your design into the machine and put it into production immediately. It isn’t always readily apparent that a job is better suited to wire EDM than other machining processes. Wire EDM unlocks the potential to design parts for better function, without the restrictions of other metalworking processes. Many jobs with runs of 50 to 50,000 pieces are candidates for our production wire EDM service, but because wire EDM does not require expensive tooling, a need for just a few parts is not a limitation, nor is a requirement for hundreds of thousands. You really have to call them and discuss you requirements to know for sure whether wire EDM is best in your case. Their electrical discharge machines operate 24/7 and at high speeds up to 33 sq. in. per hour. Each of our 50+ wire EDM machines logs an average of 70+ hours of cutting time per week. To give you an idea how many wire EDM jobs they complete, each year they consume enough wire to circle the Earth 2.5 times. They have further minimized delivery times by negotiating agreements with various shippers. Adron is committed to manufacturing the best EDM products and is accredited with the following to do so: NADCAP Certified ITAR Compliant ISO 9001:2015 AS9100 Go to https://www.thepartgurus.com/ to find a video showcase of America's best suppliers of custom parts and services Find out more about Adron at: https://www.adron.com/ 🟢 Watch next: • Playlist #AmericanManufacturing #ContractManufacturing #ManufacturingIndustry #PartGurus #design2part #EDM #wire #machining Have any questions or need a contract manufacturing supplier for your next or current projects.
