If happy with a Q plate you don’t need this) *NOVA reference number - this is mandatory. *Proof of sale - receipt of some sort showing the price you paid for the bike. *Postal order - £55 first registration fee & First year Tax fee £24 *Proof of Identification - Utility bill dated within 3 months showing current address & copy of Drivers license/ passport. *Cover Letter - brief explanation that your applying for your off road bike to be registered in the UK for on road use.
