I wanted to try something super weird and unique, and definitely accomplished both of those things, but is it a swing and a miss, or a little gem? That will vary greatly from person to person, I'm certain! This laminate piece was trashed.. I added a plywood top, removed the faux woodgrain to expose the solid wood drawers and then had some mishaps along the trail to the final result.
