Ingredients for the recipe — all available at POLOmarket: 4 packages of Mleczna Polana Camembert cheese 1 M Marysia free-range egg 6 tablespoons Marysia breadcrumbs 8 leaves of curly lettuce ½ lemon 6 tablespoons cranberry jam 1 tablespoon Zaczarowany Ogród honey 4 tablespoons Marysia rapeseed oil 4 tablespoons Bacalis almond flakes Rinse, dry, and tear the lettuce leaves into smaller pieces. Place the cranberry jam in a saucepan. Add the juice of ½ lemon and the honey. Bring to a boil, stir, and remove from the heat. Toast the almond flakes in a dry pan. Crack the egg into a deep plate and beat lightly with a fork. Transfer the breadcrumbs to a flat plate. Dip the Camembert cheese in the egg, coat it in breadcrumbs, and place it in the hot oil. Fry on both sides for 1-2 minutes, until the breading is golden brown. Serve the cheese on lettuce leaves, drizzled with cranberry sauce, and sprinkled with toasted almond flakes.
