This bug makes it unplayable for some PC players who love building

Let me know in the comments if you guys have faced the same and if there's a fix - I have tried pretty much everything I could from all the graphics settings, to re-installations but nothing has worked. The game has a "Draw Distance" setting as well, and I recorded this video at "Draw Distance" set to "Ultra". My PC's GPU is Nvidia RTX 3060 12 GB - it might be the case that certain GPUs are unfortunate to face this issue.
