My professional and personal experiences have led me to have a lot of contact with women; getting to know them better, I've identified that they all possess significant leadership qualities. The daily grind and the multiple roles each woman fulfills don't allow them time to stop and analyze the leadership they exercise. Throughout my life, I've come to the conclusion that we are all leaders at some point in our lives. Often, we don't realize it or simply accept it as part of life. However, if we take a few minutes to reflect, we can recognize how important it is and the pride we should feel in experiencing it.
