The BEST DAY TRIP From Sapporo! 🌊 Exploring Charming Otaru & Mount Moiwa

Wondering what the best day trip from Sapporo is? Look no further than the charming canal town of Otaru! In this video, we’re taking you along for our final couple of days in Hokkaido. We hopped on a quick train ride from Sapporo to explore the nostalgic and romantic streets of Otaru. Known as the "City of Glass", Otaru is famous for its picturesque canals, beautiful glass crafts, and incredible sweets. We spent our day exploring the historic Former Temiya Railway, listening to the iconic Otaru Steam Clock, browsing the multi-floor Snoopy Village, and treating our sweet tooth to the legendary LeTAO cheesecake and soft-serve ice cream! 🍰 For our final full day in Japan, we walked over to the Mount Moiwa Ropeway to catch a spectacular, sweeping view of Sapporo from the summit. To wrap up an incredible journey, we tackled some hotel laundry, grabbed some famous Kinotoya cheese tarts, and tried the viral 7-Eleven smoothie for the first time!
