Sore Shoulder Somatic Yoga Remedy

This is a remedy for sore shoulders (and neck) as well as using any of these somatic movements as a stretchy wake up call for the shoulder muscles before they get put to use doing yoga, shoveling or kayaking (a few of my latest preparations). You will need a blanket, small hand towel and 2 balls about tennis size or smaller and perhaps softer for some myofascial release at the end.
