Kakteen mit Musik 3: 'Epiphyllum - Lawall'

The third episode of the new series 'Cacti with Music' is entitled 'Epiphyllum - Lawall'. Epiphyllum belong to the genus of leaf cacti. These inconspicuous plants produce incredible flowers. This slideshow is combined with the composition 'Love for two' for recorder and guitar by Georg Lawall, played by Martin Hermann, recorder and Georg Lawall, guitar. The photos are taken from the collection of cacti by Hans Hermann (1926-2001). They were created between 1956 and 1987. He has not only collected cacti and bred himself, but also regularly photographed. All photos were photographed with an analogue Contaflex with a fixed 2,8 - 45mm Tessar-Lens by Carl Zeiss. For close-ups, Hans Hermann used preset lenses, also used by Carl Zeiss. In the summer of 2015, I digitized all 1500 cacti slides. So that more interested people can enjoy these beautiful photos, I decided to publish the many different cacti genera in photo shows here on YouTube.
