ALTERAÇÕES DECORRENTES DA LEI GERAL DO ESPORTE: REFLEXOS NA PROTEÇÃO DE DIREITOS DE PI

He works in the area of ​​business law, focusing on civil litigation of intellectual property. Interviewed the guest: Isabel Dávila - Special Class Civil Police Delegate of the Civil Police of the Federal District (PCDF), with more than 16 years of experience in criminal investigation and management of specialized units. Currently, she heads the Division for the Repression of Crimes against Intellectual Property (DRCPIM/PCDF), working to combat piracy, counterfeiting, fraud, economic crimes and criminal organizations.
