THINGS to do in MILDURA | Common BIRDS to see

Mildura is a haven for raptors like Whistling Kites & Black Kites. You can seen them right along the Murray River close to town. Amazing birds! In this video we take a Paddleboat ride (we rarely do touristy things so this was fun!). We visit Lock 11 by foot and cross through the Lock in the Paddleboat which was pretty cool to see in action! We visit Kings Billabong which is just a few kms out of town. Lots of history about irrigation on the Murray but we were there to see the birds. Guess what we saw.... more Kites!
