Mindfulness Moment June 3, 2026

Join me for 30 minutes of gentle movement, breath, and meditation practice exploring and experiencing contentment. Drawing inspiration from Yoga Sutra II.42, where Edwin Bryant translates the sutra as, "From contentment, unsurpassed happiness is attained," we will cultivate a deeper appreciation for the present moment and the simple abundance already within and around us. Through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and meditation, we will create space to experience the peace, joy, and ease that arise from contentment. I look forward to practicing with you.
