How To: Replace The Diaphragm Pump In A FlowZone Sprayer
Follow along as we replace the diaphragm pump in a FlowZone® battery powered backpack sprayer. All timestamps are listed below: Tools: Flathead screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver, boxcutter/knife, hot water OVERVIEW - 00:07 STEP 1 - 00:19 Remove the front cover plate. STEP 2 - 00:45 Disconnect the pump from the circuit board and jumper hoses and remove it from the tank. STEP 3 - 01:32 Connect the replacement diaphragm pump. STEP 4 - 02:23 Test the sprayer.
