If your Vortex Flex is on, but no liquid is coming out, there could be a few reasons why. The common causes for a unit not spraying are explained in order in the video and listed below: 00:16 - Make sure the liquid adjustment knob is set to allow liquid to flow through (setting 1-4). 00:34 - Disconnect the quick-connect in case of a vapor lock. 01:04 - Check the nozzle for possible blockages. 01:38 - Check the front duct assembly for possible blockages. 02:25 - If no liquid is flowing through the unit body, the main housing will have to be opened to check the mechanical valve.
