RISE Succession & Exit Planning Panel

The Regional Incubator for Sustainability & Entrepreneurship (RISE) is a program of Greater Sandusky Partnership and Huron County Growth Partnership that supports aspiring entrepreneurs and existing small business owners in Erie and Huron Counties. At the start of 2025, the RISE program hosted a panel of experts on Succession and Exit Planning for business owners who are looking to take the next step in their lives and pass on their business venture whether its to their children, their employees or to sell the company to an outside buyer. This panel features Abbey Bemis, COO at Payne Nickles & Company as the moderator; Judy Mosher, CPA and Partner at Payne Nickles & Company; Greg Daugherty, Attorney for Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP; Marcia Ciryak, Director of Business Transition for Manufacturing Works; and Dave Long, CPA and RISE Advisor for the program.
