What happens when a parent can't communicate with their child because they have a speech disability? This can become an opportunity for a generation that wants to turn this limitation into a chance to enable those who cannot speak to communicate. Esteban Ramírez is the founder of a sign language education and training school in Arequipa, Peru, and has dedicated himself to training people who want to learn this way of communicating with those who cannot.
