Fat dissolving with medical scientist - misconceptions, facts - Dermaheal LL, Curenex & Desoface

There are so many fat dissolving injectable products for face and body and so much misconceptions and confusion around them. Everybody claims something different, but what are actually the mechanisms of action for these products? And which ingredient have actually power to destroy fat cells? I tried 3 different product with spectrum of different ingredients, I don’t financially benefit of promoting any of them so I purely share my personal experience and scientific understanding of different ingredients in Curenex Lipo, Dermaheal LL and DesoFace.
