Predica 8 - 2 Petru 3:14–18 - Creșteți în har și în cunoaștere

In 2 Peter 3:14–18, the apostle Peter concludes his letter with a final pastoral word that sums up everything he has said so far: if the day of the Lord is coming, if this world is passing away, if error is lurking, and if mockers will continue to speak, then the Christian’s response is neither panic nor stagnation, but growth. Peter connects expectation with living and shows that the person who truly awaits new heavens and a new earth cannot live haphazardly. He strives to be found before Christ spotless, blameless, and in peace. It is not a matter of toil that earns grace, but of a life that responds to the grace received. Real expectation does not produce spiritual laziness, but purity, seriousness, and a heart set before the Lord. If you want to help spread the Gospel, like and share this post.
