I intentionally diluted Epin and Zircon to 100 times the recommended dose and treated young shoots to test the dangers of these growth factors when overdosed. The result was chemical burns, leaf curling, apical deformation, and signs of burning, similar to herbicides. This is a stern warning to all grape growers: excessive concentrations kill grapes, causing phytotoxicity, burning, and leaf blade destruction.
