10 Knee-Friendly Strength Training Combo Exercises! Full Body Workout for Seniors & Beginners

Welcome to this total body quick workout with no squats or lunges! I'll take you through 10 combination exercises to get a full body workout in using light dumbbells. I'm using 3 pound weights (1-2 kg). Also have a chair or base of support nearby for some of the exercises. Each combo exercise is performed for 60 seconds with the 15 second rest between moves. If you would like a longer workout, please do a second set. Warm up and cool down is also included. Yes! This workout is also osteoporosis friendly.
