A beginners guide to a versatile Rose Knot

This is a great starting point to a really versatile rose knot. Master this first stage and you can then carry on to add your own ideas and adaptations. The flat diamond is in itself a really beautiful knot and a great platform to expand from. I've adapted this version from ABoK #894, The Captain Albert Whitney's Rose.
