Matthew Walker knot. Extended 2 strand, easy tie method.

This is a simple way to tie what is usually a tricky knot to manage. I haven't seen this method described any where else so hopefully it's new to you. I have been tying multi turn Blood Knots this way with a single strand for quite a long time. It occurred to me recently that the same method should also work for 2 strand Matthew Walkers with multi turns, and apparently I was right. I hope you find this interesting and hopefully useful.
