Today we pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy together on a Thursday in Ordinary Time. Thursday draws us to the Upper Room — gratitude for the gift of His abiding presence. Today is a day for thanksgiving, for a God who chose to remain with us rather than leave us alone. Come with a grateful heart, ready to receive all He longs to give. On this Eucharistic Thursday we recognize that same gift, for the Lord feeds us with Himself so the journey will not overwhelm us. The Eucharist and the Chaplet of Mercy flow from one Heart that refuses to send us out empty. Saint Faustina drew all her strength from the Blessed Sacrament, the living fountain of mercy. When you receive the Lord, you receive the very mercy we have prayed today, made bread for your road. Let thanksgiving rise in you, the gratitude of a soul that will not walk this journey alone. 🙏 Day-Specific Prayer: Lord Jesus, Bread of Life, we thank You for the gift of Yourself in the Eucharist. Strengthen us for the journey when we are weary, satisfy us when we hunger, and walk every mile of the road beside us. May every soul that receives You be filled with peace and courage.
