Ubasuteyama 1925 Restoration by Sumerian Otaku - Subtitled - anime history

A feudal lord decides that the best way to deal with his realm's aging population is to feed them to a hungry bird. Dont' forget to TURN THE SUBTITLES ON. A classic Japanese animation from 1925 by Yamamoto Sanae. It's been a while since I put one of these restorations up. I've been trying to come up with a way to help people enjoy these old animations more. I feel like some of them might be hard to follow and need a sense of context so I've decided to create video introductions for them that I'll upload separately. I'll put a link to them at the end of each restoration from now on.
