Fake Lok Seva Bhavan Officer Arrested in Bhubaneswar | Nayapalli Police Nayapalli Police arrested a man from Jajpur for allegedly impersonating a Lok Seva Bhavan enquiry officer. Police said he obtained vehicles from travel agencies using a fake identity and allegedly did not pay the rental charges.
