Big Sur always gives you something

Big Sur is quiet enough that you can actually hear yourself think. The first time i came to Big Sur, i was inspired by the final scene of Mad Men: Jon Hamm sitting on a cliff, finally at peace. So I came looking for the same thing. This time, I brought Iryna for her birthday. We spent most of the trip just... being there.
