I didn’t come to destroy, but to fulfill.” This reflection invites us to understand that Christ does not abolish God’s Law; He brings it to its deepest meaning: the heart transformed by love, mercy, truth, and communion with the Father. Christian life is not a vague freedom to live as we please, nor a dry legalism of external observance. In Christ, the commandments become the path of life, and love is guided by the truth of God.
