I'm In A Secret Relationship! Besties, so many of you have been requesting we cover another episode and you know I had to deliver with this absolute mess of an episode that is season 2 episode 6, Alyssa & Jose. Help! I'm In A Secret Relationship is a fairly new show, with their first episode only premiering in summer of 2022. The basic premise of the show, is that someone in a relationship and/or friendship, feels as if they are being hidden. So, they reach out to Rahne Jones and Travis Mills to get help, and get to the truth of why they are being hidden. Alyssa is reaching out because the man she is about to marry, the father of her four month old son, has been hiding her and their son from everyone in his life. He lives in Arizona, she lives in California and she has never been to his home state. Jose always has extremely ridiculous excuses including, but not limited to; his family is too busy and has no interest in meeting her or their son. To make matters worse, Jose has two other children in Arizona who Alyssa has never met. Jose is just a big ole mess, and even got fired from his job for partying/drinking on the clock. Every episode we have covered of this show, has been the messiest of messes and this one is no different. This reveal had my jaw on the floor, but it also evoked a lot of strong emotions within me, and also within the hosts, particularly Rahne. I was unprepared for Jose's secret, and now even as I write this, I am unsure if I even believe what he had to say. I'm sure you'll experience similar emotions yourself when watching.
