This Is What Locals Eat in Bremen, Germany 🇩🇪

◼︎I made it to Bremen, Northern Germany, for an incredible local food tour! My journey began at Fischrestaurant Knurrhahn, where I tried their famous fried back fish Brötchen crispy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I couldn’t resist ordering more, so I tasted the Matjes herring (without the bread) and it was just as amazing. Next stop: the Marktplatz, where I discovered Landschlachterei Oliver Wolters and enjoyed a hearty Frikadellen sandwich. From there, I headed to Gasthof zum Kaiser Friedrich to try the traditional Bremer Knipp, a local specialty that completely blew me away and was truly mouthwatering! To wrap things up, I finished the tour on a sweet note with two local pastries: Kanelbrötchen and Campingbrötchen. The perfect ending to an unforgettable food adventure in Bremen. I can’t wait to come back and explore even more of this city’s food scene!
