Come along with me for a Freshen Up Friday reset as I tackle the kitchen and mud room with a good vacuum, mop and tidy up. These are two of the busiest areas in our home and they always seem to collect clutter so quickly, especially with puppies running in and out! I’m also chatting about my journey of being over 400 days sugar free, wheat free, alcohol free and UPF free, and how making small consistent changes has had such a positive impact on my life and routines.
