Canning Crockpot Cranberry Butter using a steam canner

Today I’m canning Cranberry Butter Tart and sweet this butter is delicious over bread and even over cottage cheese ! Recipe 3 - 12 oz whole fresh cranberry - can also use frozen 1 1/2 c apple cider 1 1/2 c brown sugar 3 cinnamon sticks 2 hrs high or low 3 to 4 Then purée how you would like and strain if desired ( I did not strain ) Return to base and remain heating until thickens on Low setting - 1 to 2 hours Can for 15 min Water bath or steam canned
