Despite the fact that for a long time it was simply abandoned, a complete wasteland. Now the building is in private hands, the grass has been mown, cables have been installed—it's clear that there's an owner here and life is slowly returning ))) What's inside? It's a complete ensemble: a servants' quarters, a guest wing, stables, and the manor house itself with its columns. The state of preservation is simply remarkable; you walk around and marvel: so many years of neglect, and the building is practically just getting finished! The ceilings and floors were later made of wood, but the spirit of the era remains. A little history (without being tedious): This farm was owned by Iosif Shatilov, a top agronomist and state councilor. And during the Great Patriotic War, Field Marshal Manstein's field headquarters were based here. Yes, the same one who led the offensive on Kerch and Sevastopol. Why go there? Don't expect crowds of tourists. Tour guides rarely come here either—it's inconvenient for them to make a loop. But here you can enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and touch history without the fuss. 📸 For photographers, it's a real treat. Sunset rays, morning light, interesting elements on the walls, the unusual atmosphere of the basement... The location is unique, the shots will be amazing. Life hacks and nuances: Access is currently free, but the owner can close it at any time. So, whoever gets there in time is a real winner. There's an outdoor toilet in the backyard (about 100 meters from the building). Yes, it's the mundane stuff, but it might come in handy ))) Pay attention to the neighboring private houses—their facades are surprisingly harmonious with the estate. Notice the resemblance.
