MEMORIAL DAY 5K COMPLETE 🇺🇸🏃🏾‍♂️🔥

Finished the Memorial Day 5K with a time of 24:03 and placed 3rd out of 31 in my age group (30–34). Overall placement: 35 out of 525 runners. Average pace: 7:44. Today wasn’t just about competing, it was about honoring the men and women who gave everything for this country. As a Marine, Memorial Day carries a deeper meaning, and I’m grateful to have been able to run with purpose today. The work behind the scenes is paying off. Between pull-up challenges, RollerFit cardio sessions, gymnastics training, and staying disciplined, everything is translating over into performance. Now it’s time to keep building. More races.
