In this episode of the NAAFA Webinar Series, host Tigress Osborn (she/her) is joined by author Aubrey Gordon (she/her), co-host of the popular Maintenance Phase podcast. Aubrey is also the subject of the acclaimed documentary Your Fat Friend, which debuted at film festivals last year and is now being shown in various locations across the US. We will discuss Aubrey’s move from anonymous blogger to one of the most widely recognized advocates for fat people in the world. We’ll also talk about debunking myths about fat, the importance of finding fat positive community, and Aubrey’s collection of classic diet books.
