Spanish Bread

A favorite Pinoy bread, Spanish bread is a sweet dough with a sweet filling made with margarine, sugar and flour and coated with breadcrumbs. The secret to making this delicious bread is to make sure that you properly enclose the filling so that they do not ooze out when you bake them. This bread goes well with any beverage for merienda. Enjoy! Chef's Notes: Oops! I am sorry I forgot to mention this in the video. You bake at 350F for 18 - 20 minutes depending on your oven. I have many recipes to share with you.
