Week 10 of 75 Dedicated! Hi, I'm Mel, welcome back to Mind Body Mel. I spent my early 20s running myself into the ground until I ended up with an autoimmune disease. Then I overcorrected into full rest mode and lost all my drive. Now at 32, I'm learning how to be disciplined without burning out and that's exactly what 75 Dedicated is about. 75 Dedicated is my personal take on 75 Hard, built around 6 habits I actually want to keep for life. I'm not aiming for perfection, there's no starting over if life happens. Just real, consistent progress toward becoming the best version of myself.
