Buffalo Bills Destined To REUNITE With Veteran Receiver?

Could Brandin Cooks be returning to Buffalo for one more run with Josh Allen and the Bills? On this episode of the Bills Roundtable, we discuss the possibility of Buffalo reuniting with the veteran wide receiver. Cooks has made it clear that he would be open to returning, and Brandon Beane has previously confirmed that the Bills have remained in contact with him and his representatives. Cooks joined Buffalo late last season and quickly showed that he could still provide something the offense desperately needed: a legitimate downfield threat. Even in a limited role, he created explosive plays, developed chemistry with Josh Allen and provided valuable veteran experience during the Bills’ playoff run. Of course, his time in Buffalo will always be connected to the controversial overtime play against Denver that ended the Bills’ season. Cooks still believes he completed the catch, and that heartbreaking moment could give him even more motivation to return and help Buffalo finish the job. We debate whether bringing Cooks back would be a smart final addition to a wide receiver room that already includes DJ Moore, Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman and Joshua Palmer. He would not need to be the focal point of the offense, but his speed, experience, familiarity with the system and willingness to accept a complementary role could make him valuable insurance for a team with Super Bowl expectations. Should the Bills reunite with Brandin Cooks, or should Brandon Beane move forward with the receivers already on the roster?
