How to make Spring Rolls : Cambodian-Style Spring Roll recipe

These Spring Rolls will really put a spring in your step! (Sorry, I couldn't help myself but to make a bad pun). I love these Cambodian-style spring rolls. One of my best friends from college, Jandra, used to make these when we were in school together. She's Cambodian-American and was raised with her mom making these frequently! (Lucky her!) So, we decided to make a video to show you guys how to do it! It's really quite easy -- just a bit of prep, and then assemble and roll! The ingredients you need are: -rice wrappers (available at any Asian store) -Japanese-style thin rice noodles (Jandra also likes soba/buckwheat noodles in this) -lettuce -carrots, cut into thin slices about the length of your spring roll -cucumbers, cut into thin slices about the length of your spring roll -cilantro -basil For the sauce, you need hoisin sauce, peanut butter, and crushed peanuts!
