He has served as a permanent lecturer at IPDN since 2004 and has also served as a resource person for nearly all regional legislative councils (DPRD) and regional governments in Indonesia, specializing in local democracy and DPRD capacity development. As an author, the Head of Class 04 of STPDN has published dozens of books, edited, and co-edited several books, including Understanding Government Science (RajaGrafindo Persada, 2019), Political Parties and the General Election System in Indonesia (RajaGrafindo Persada, 2019), Political Dynamics and Local Government, IPDN Recovery, and Preventing a Failed State. Since 2000, he has been involved as a resource person in various seminars, workshops, talk shows, weekly discussions through Scientific Traffic and Plato's Institute, and provided technical guidance, legislative expert staff, and training at both the central and regional levels.
