The discussion then turned to more fundamental factors, such as the psychological aspects of driver panic, the limitations of signaling systems, and the importance of technology integration in preventing accidents. By comparing this to the development of automotive technology, which is already equipped with sophisticated safety systems, a major question arises: why hasn't the railway system fully adopted similar technology? In addition, realities on the ground, such as the numerous illegal crossings, limited infrastructure, and the cost challenges of improving safety systems, were also discussed. All of this demonstrates that train accidents cannot be reduced to a single cause, but rather are a combination of systems, technology, and human behavior.
