Eyewitnesses describe panic as gunfire sends crowds fleeing at Seattle festival. A suspect has been taken into custody and police are searching for another after three people were killed and five wounded – including a two-year-old boy – during a mass shooting at a popular Seattle food festival Sunday evening. Two died at the scene and a third victim, who was taken to Harborview Medical Center, later succumbed to their injuries. One of the suspects surrendered at the scene while a manhunt is underway to find the second, according to Seattle’s Assistant Police Chief Tyrone Davis.
