Second shooter on the loose after deadly mass shooting at Seattle food festival

Three people were killed and five others were injured after two people exchanged gunfire during a large event at Seattle Center on Sunday evening, according to Seattle first responders. The victims Seattle police identified the three victims as a 19-year-old man, a 44-year-old man and a 56-year-old woman. The 56-year-old woman died after being transported to Harborview Medical Center. All other victims treated at Harborview Medical Center had been discharged by Monday morning except a 2-year-old boy, who remained in satisfactory condition, according to the hospital. Among the victims who survived was 39-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man were discharged Monday, according to Harborview Medical Center. A 27-year-old man who was treated at UW Medical Center-Montlake has also been discharged.
