Please give it a try! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients (Serves 2-3) ・250g pork shoulder ・400g potatoes ・1 onion ・Dried bonito flakes (as needed) ・Chopped green onions (as needed) ・100ml water ・2.5 tablespoons soy sauce ・2 tablespoons mirin (sweet cooking sake) ・1 tablespoon sugar ・1/2 teaspoon grated garlic ・Potato starch (as needed) ・Salt and pepper To taste ・1 tablespoon sesame oil ■Directions 1. Peel and chop the potatoes, then soak in water for 10 minutes. 2. Slice the onion into wedges and cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Drain the potatoes, cover with plastic wrap, microwave at 600W for 5 minutes, then pat dry. 4. Pat dry the pork and coat with potato starch. 5. Add sesame oil to a frying pan, cook the pork, and remove from the frying pan. 6. Cook the potatoes, and once golden brown, add the onion and simmer. 7. Return the pork to the frying pan and mix. Add the water, soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and garlic, cover, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. 8. Stir quickly, then cover again and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes. ■ingredients ・250g pork shoulder ・400g Potatoes ・1 Onion ・Dried bonito flakes ・Chopped green onions ・100ml Water ・2.5 tbsp Soy sauce ・2 tbsp Mirin ・1 tbsp Sake ・1 tbsp Sugar ・1/2 tsp Grated garlic ・Potato starch ・Salt and pepper ・1 tbsp Sesame oil ■Instructions 1. Peel the potatoes and chop them irregularly, then soak in water for 10 minutes. 2. Slice the onion into wedges and cut the pork into bite-sized pieces, seasoning with salt and pepper. 3. Drain the potatoes, cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes, then wipe off the moisture. 4. Wipe off the moisture from the pork and coat with potato starch. 5.Add sesame oil Place in a frying pan and cook the pork, then remove from the pan. 6. Cook the potatoes, and once they are browned, add the onions and cook. 7. Add the pork back in and mix, then add the water, soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and garlic. Cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. 8.
