Take rolled oats in a bowl and add water to it. Soak the oats for 30 mins. 2. After 30 mins, put the soaked oats in a mixer jar. 3. Add onions, green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds, salt, turmeric powder and asafoetida to the mixer jar. 4. Grind it all well without adding water. 5. Remove the batter from the mixer jar and add a little water if it is too thick. 6. Heat a pan, take a ladle of the batter to make the dosa like a pancake as shown in the video. 7. Apply ghee on the sides for added crispiness and flavour. 8. Once the dosa is cooked on both the sides, remove it from the pan and serve it hot with some spicy tomato chutney or any other chutney of your choice.
