W. Nicholas Howley Founded Transdigm: This is His Story | CEO Prize

We’re excited to announce the recipient of the 2022 Singleton Prize for CEO Excellence - W. Nicholas Howley. This powerful film tells his story. Nick received this award during the CEO Prize event in Los Angeles on April 19th, 2022. The prize honors a living CEO whose work demonstrates a combination of talent, vision, focus, and commitment. Nick is the Founder and Executive Chairman of TransDigm Group Inc, a leading global producer of a wide array of highly engineered aerospace products. Since its formation in 1993, the company has acquired a portfolio of eighty-five proprietary aerospace businesses. In addition to TransDigm Group, Nick is currently on the Board of Directors for both Perimeter Solutions and Consolidated Precision Products, and is co-Chairman/co-Founder of Perimeter (NYSE: PRM). Further, he is the founder of The Howley Foundation, which is focused on providing educational opportunities to economically disadvantaged students.
