Today we're not just going on a journey for some of the best esquites, we're also going on an epic street food tour in Querétaro. Because we deliver, we started by trying the most famous esquites and elotes in the region. These aren't your average esquites and elotes; we're talking perfectly cooked corn kernels, smothered in a secret sauce and sprinkled with that cheese we all love. Next, we went in search of the legendary milanesa tortas. Not just any torta, but a gigantic one, stuffed to the brim with crispy milanesa, avocado, cheese, and a salsa that will make you cry tears of joy. Our tour wouldn't be complete without seafood tacos. We tried the freshest shrimp and fish tacos, each with a unique flavor that reflects the love and tradition of Mexican cuisine. These tacos are a true hidden gem on the streets of Querétaro. And finally, we face the challenge of the strangest and most controversial tacos in the city: garbage tacos.
