Mix sugar and dry yeast in lukewarm water 2. Add 1 to strong flour and mix until dough comes together (2 min) 3. Add butter and knead until texture is uniform (3 min) 4. Leave at room temperature for 15 min 5. Beat surface until dough is smooth 6. Leave at room temperature until dough doubles in size (about 1 hour) 7. Divide dough into 9 portions and roll into balls 8. Leave at room temperature for 15 min 9. Wrap with anko 10. Add your favorite toppings 11. Leave at room temperature for 40 min 12. Preheat oven to 200℃-210℃ 13. Brush with milk 14. Bake in oven at 190℃-200℃ for 18 min #breadrecipe #japanesebread
